Practical Spell Casting: Summoning Confidence, & Healthy Self-esteem Through Words of Affirmation ✨
The words we speak have power and purpose. It is good practice to be mindful of what you speak of yourself and of others. With your words, you have the power manifest and cast before you great things of both triumph and defeat. Use your words wisely.
How To Use Words To Amplify Confidence:
•Speech: Remember everything that you put out into the universe is always being attracted back towards you, that’s including how you speak to yourself and others. You attract back the vibration of the frequency you are currently on. Negative words = low frequency which equals a negative reality. Thus, by speaking well of yourself and of others, you attract towards you that same energy.
A good way to put positive speech into practice is to practice positive self talk. Positive self talk is exactly how it sounds, speaking/thinking positively of yourself vs. negatively.
•Visualization: Visualize the outcome you wish to see come to pass in your reality overall. Even if that outcome isn’t your current reality, your thoughts and affirmations will guide you towards an actualized version of the reality you desire.
Note: ugly thoughts equals an ugly reality, word repetition equals spell casting. You are the creator of your reality.
Affirmation Spells To Boost Self Esteem & Confidence:
Say one or all of these affirmations 3 times throughout your day for a total of 7 days (Morning, Midday, & Before Bedtime). To amplify results, look at yourself in the mirror as you recite these affirmations
Affirmation 1: I am enough just as I am
Affirmation 2: I love myself unconditionally
Affirmation 3: I am worthy of living the life that I desire, continuous struggle is not a requirement of my life’s journey
Affirmation 4: Others love me for who I am, as I am. I attract positive connections with others easily
Affirmation 5: I am a powerful creative force, I have the power to influence and change the world for the better
Note: Journal or take notes on your progress. On day one, write down how you feel before and after reciting your affirmations. Do this everyday for the 7 days. On the 7th day, compare your notes. Continue these affirmations for however long you choose. Journal and create some of your own affirmations that are personal to you. Use practical spell casting as often as you like.
